To prepare keto almond bread you need 1/2 cup almond flour, 3 tbsp butter, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp allulose(ketogenic sweetener), and 1/2 cup water.

For the sausage, we need 1 hot dog and we are going to use 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sliced mozzarella cheese, and 1 tbsp pepper for the topping.

Instructions for Preparation

The recipe is very easy to prepare. No costly ingredients or instruments are required to prepare this homemade keto Korean sausage bread.

But there is a catch. We will prepare the bread half by half.

First, pour the butter into a pan and heat the pan. Once the butter started melting add all the remaining ingredients one by one. Stir continuously until the mix started to thicken.

Now add the sausage ingredient i.e the hot dog with the mixture and wrap it completely with the thicken bread. Bake it for another 5 minutes until the bread become brownish.

After the baking is finished remove the bread sausage and use the topping ingredients to finish the recipe.
